After ten months of maceration, Les Terres Blanches emerges velvety and generoustannins nearly melted into the fruit. Fresh red and black fruit aromas are joined by floral and spicy nuances, with light minerality threading the finish. This is nuanced, low intervention winemaking from grapes to
