The quality of carving on this particular mirror is of exceptional quality. In order for rosewood to bleach like this, it takes considerable time, making this window 18th century or earlier. It has been ornately carved in the traditional Mughal style and has aged beautifully. The mihrab arch is carved with delicate flowering peonies and the top panel features an
