Dalrymple 11y/o (Ailsa Bay) Ruby Port Cask Claxton's Exploration Series 50%abv 30ml Their trademark DNA is carriedA lowland whisky, Dalrymple is very rare an independently bottled unpeated Ailsa Bay. Most of this goes into Monkey Shoulder and Drambuie, so it is rare to find it as a independently bottled single malt. This one is matured in ruby port casks but there isn't too much influence from the port quite creamy, honey and sherbet lemon.
