TASTING NOTESNOSE: Floral and flowery notes with pear and melon, muscovado sugar, vanilla with an oak tone and a bit of toffee. TASTE: Honey and sherbet transcending to peat and melon with a very floral middle ground. FINISH: The finale is remarkable with a sweet and floral finish and a
