The tray, in remarkable condition, is English Regency and likely started life as a tea table fitted to a taller stand. This stand is likely mid 20th Century obviously designed for coffee table height. Note: The hand painted tray surface has been restored. Several layers of a heavily soiled shellac were removed to reveal the
